Yes. Add each project to your basket, then pay for everything at once. Each project then has its own page, its own sign and its own photos.

No. Ihsan Quest is a company, not a charity: we cannot issue a tax receipt. You receive a receipt and an invoice for your payment.

Yes, as long as our partner has not accepted your project: write to us with the project number and you get a full refund. Once the project is accepted, the work is committed (see our terms and conditions).

Yes. For a well, choose "No text": the plaque will simply show the project number, at the same price. For a tree, leave the name empty: it stays anonymous.

Yes. Enter the name of your choice, for example a parent, a child or a late loved one. On a well's plaque, you can add a personal message.

Write to us as soon as possible with the project number: as long as the plaque has not been printed yet, we can change it. For a tree, the name can be corrected but not added or removed. Check the name and message carefully before adding the project.

No: our partner chooses the location based on the community's needs and what can be done on site. Once the project is completed, its page shows the country and, when known, the exact spot on a map.

By email, at each key step: confirmation of your funding, the start of the work, then the completed project with its photos and videos. Your project page also follows each step.

Photos and videos of the finished project, sent by email (and on WhatsApp if you wish) and available on your tracking page.

The link is in the email confirming your funding. You can also log in to your account with the email address you used to fund: all your projects are gathered there.

Yes: the "Share this project" button offers the link and images ready for stories, posts and messages. A private project is shared through its private link: anyone who has it can see the page.

Once the project is completed, log in to your account and open the project page: you can leave a rating and a comment there. Our team reads it before publishing it.

On the login page, with the email address you used to fund. The first time, or if you forgot your password, choose "First time here or forgot your password?": you will receive a link to choose your password.
