The ihsan.quest website is operated by Ihsan Quest, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: c***@ihsan.quest.

Ihsan Quest is a company, not a charity. The price you pay funds a specific project (for example a water well or fruit trees, in the country and with the model and options you choose), which we organise and which our local partner carries out on site.

Your payment is not a donation to an organisation and does not entitle you to a tax receipt.

You choose a project on its page, personalise it if you wish, add it to your basket, then enter your details and pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed: you then receive an email with the link to each project.

Prices are shown in the currency chosen on the site. The price shown at checkout is the final price: we add no fees. Your bank may apply its own exchange fees.

Payment is processed by Stripe. You receive a receipt and an invoice by email.

You are responsible for the name and message you enter. They must not contain anything unlawful, insulting, hateful, political or promotional, nor infringe anyone else's rights. If you enter another person's name, make sure they or their family do not object.

We may refuse a text that does not follow these rules: we will then offer to change it or to refund you. The sign is prepared from your text: to change it after payment, write to us; this is possible as long as it has not been printed. For a tree, the name can be corrected but not added or removed (it is a paid option).

• The project is carried out in the chosen country; the exact location is chosen by our partner, based on the community's needs and what can be done on site.
• The time frame shown on each project page is an estimate: it may vary with the season, the weather, access to the site or local procedures.
• We let you know by email at each key step. The project is completed once its photos and videos have been checked by our team and published on its page.

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw. By ticking the box provided at checkout, you ask for work on your project to start immediately.

As long as our partner has not accepted your project, you can cancel it on request and receive a full refund. Once the project is accepted, the work is committed: if you then exercise your right of withdrawal, you remain liable for the amount corresponding to the service already provided, including the sums committed to our partner.

To cancel, write to us at c***@ihsan.quest with the project number. The refund is made to the payment method used, within 14 days.

If a project cannot be carried out (refusal by our partner, a problem on the ground, an event beyond our control), we will let you know and offer you, as you prefer, an equivalent project of the same value or a full refund for that project.

By default, each project has a public page with its photos and videos, the name and message on the sign and, once published, your review. At checkout, you can choose to keep your projects private; after payment, write to us to change a project's visibility.

You are free to share your project's page, photos and videos. Ihsan Quest may use the photos and videos of all projects in its communication (website, social media, advertising); for a private project, without ever showing the sign or the name.

Once your project is completed, you can leave a review from your account. It must be honest and respectful. We read it before publishing it and may refuse a review that does not follow these rules.

Your account gives you access to your projects, their documents and your reviews. Keep your password confidential: any action taken from your account is deemed to be taken by you.

We do everything we can for each project to be carried out as planned. We are not liable for a delay or an impossibility caused by an event beyond our control (conflict, natural disaster, epidemic, administrative decision…): section 8 then applies. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project concerned.

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy, and the intellectual property of the site in our legal notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States). If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to a project is the one in force when it was paid for.
